We have gone by the name Netcompetence for 19 years. We are now bigger, stronger and have more plans than ever before. In October 2017 we were acquired by the Norwegian Infotjenester group. Together with Infotjenester we have over 3000 customers and 850 000 users in our systems. That makes us one of the largest players in the Swedish and Norwegian HRM software markets.
The past spring and summer we have worked hard with merging our solutions to one product. In reality that means we will be able to offer a wider range of solutions in the future.
To make it easier for our current and future customers, we will use the common brand name Simployer. The name derives from our vision, to make it easy to be a good employer. Simple employer. Simployer.
We wish to emphasize that the culture we have built during the years will still have an impact on everything we do, but under a new name. The same people will still be working hard to make sure that you are satisfied - every day. We look forward to a continued collaboration and thank you for your trust in us!
The name change is effectuated November 1st. Our emails, graphical profile and web page will be updated over the coming months.
will you keep your organizational number?
yes, the name change is just a way of making it clearer to our customers that we are now part of the Simployer suite.
Will your contact details be updated?
No, we are still on the same address and have the same phone numbers. Our @netcompetence.se emails will work in parallel with our new @simployer.se.
Will I have e new KAM?
No, not unless you want to.
Will our product change?
No, our current customers with Simployer and Netcompetence modules will access them from a global menu.
